This program is Apartment Building Insurance for complexes. This program is a package or BOP type insurance policy which covers Basic, Broad or Special perils with values of $ 25,000 on up to $ 2.5 Million per location in all counties excepting tier 1. We can provide Building, Contents, Rents, Owners Liability, Site Managers Liability and Crime coverage as well as the tenants contents. Risks do not need to be free of losses.

We are now offering $ 5000 of accidental water damage coverage with DP1 policies on standard Fire, EC, Vmm policies for a flat $ 100 of AP. This applies to tenant and or owner occupied Home.
