Premium Financing is now available on all Texas landlord insurance programs.

If the properties electrical wiring, plumbing and roofing system have al been updated in the last 20 years then you can qualify for a discount on your landlord insurance policy rate by using the most recent remodeling date as the age of the structure. Up to a 10% credit.

We are now offering $5000 of accidental water damage coverage with DP1 insurance policies on standard Fire, EC, Vmm policies for a flat $100 of AP. This applies to tenant and or owner occupied Home.
